Please join Stephanie Harris, MAT, CMI for a deep dive into mindfulness, its benefits, and how you can incorporate the Power of the Pause into your daily life. Mindfulness is defined as intentionally paying attention to the present moment, in a particular way, with acceptance and without judgment. Stephanie Harris, MAT, CMI is a Certified Mindfulness Instructor through Mindful Schools, specializing in K-12 mindfulness as well as in-depth work with adults. Stephanie is also an Art Educator of 27 years.
