Virtual Cooking Club

Join us for a 6-week inclusive cooking and nutrition club via Zoom.

Each week, we will learn tips for making healthy food choices, while preparing a meal together. Recipes, a grocery list, and the Zoom link will be sent out prior to each class, so that participants can cook along in their own home. The class is accessible and adaptive equipment demonstrations will be provided.
