Stroke Support Group

Join us for an in-person Stroke Survivors Support Group, a collaboration between Disability Network Eastern Michigan and Henry Ford Hospital Macomb. We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at Disability Network Eastern Michigan’s Bellingham Office, located at 1855 Bellingham Drive, Suite J, Troy, Michigan.

We sometimes meet in community settings and/or enjoy group events together. Caregivers and spouses are welcome.

The class is fully accessible and individuals of all abilities are welcome.
