Advocates provide clear guidance to connect individuals with the right resources, ensuring a tailored and supportive experience. Individualized Education Program (IEP) Assistance

Advocates are available to assist families navigate the IEP process and bridge the gap between parents and educators to foster a positive partnership.

Prevention of Elder Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation (PEANE)

Abuse can occur even in the most watchful communities, often going unnoticed due to isolation. Join us for this free presentation to learn how we can prevent it by identifying types of abuse, understanding risk factors, creating resource lists, recognizing the impact of bullying, and discussing the importance of loneliness and social connection.

School Transition Services

We offer services to support youth and young adults with disabilities in their transition from school to post-secondary education, employment, and independent living. We connect you and your family to community resources, recreation and leisure opportunities, sexual education, and informational events for both parents and youth. Our services are provided using a holistic, person-centered approach, ensuring that your unique needs and goals are at the forefront of everything we do.

Smart 911

Smart911 profiles are designed to help first responders assist you more quickly in emergencies. You can include important details like addresses, phone numbers, names of children or pets, medical information, and photos. The app also uses location services to send you targeted alerts based on your specific area.

Systems Advocacy

Through systems advocacy, we work at the local, state, and federal levels to break down barriers and create pathways that promote inclusion for everyone. We collaborate with businesses, participate in statewide coalitions, and advocate before the Legislature. Our efforts align with the Independent Living Movement, reinforcing the belief that “Nothing about us, without us.”
