Traci Comer-Scarsella is the Associate Director for the Thumb Region for Disability Network Eastern Michigan. Traci has over 23 years of experience in the human services field, specifically working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Traci is responsible for development and implementation of strategies and activities designed to support community inclusion for people with disabilities. She is responsible for program design and implementation of core services and works to develop and grow programming within DNEM. She is also responsible for expanding and improving community programs in the Thumb region. Traci also is a member of the Macomb County Interagency Transition Council, Oakland County Transition Association, Tuscola County Transition Network, and St. Clair County Transition Council. She currently serves as the Macomb Academy school board president, and a volunteer for the MCREST homeless shelter.
