My name is Denise Johns and I am the Thumb Region Outreach Coordinator for DNEM. I am responsible for designing and developing outreach programs in the Thumb Region as well as helping members of Oakland, Macomb and St. Clair Counties recognize different types of elder abuse through our PEANE, Prevention of Elder Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation, program. My favorite part of working at DNEM is having the opportunity to interact with members of our community and assist with making a difference.
