Together, we will start a butterfly effect: small changes that will create big outcomes. RISE is a safe place where all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions are welcome and encouraged. This is a safe place for those who live with labels like LGBTQ+ and disabilities. Topics like the use of labels, building support circles, intersectionality, transitioning, and other diverse topics will be discussed through a lens of LGBTQ+. We support people, not labels. Together we RISE!
