Living Well in the Community
Living Well is an evidence-based program that began with the Rural Institute at the University of Montana. This multi-session peer facilitated program promotes healthy living and includes topics such as advocacy, goal-setting, healthy communication, fitness, nutrition and problem solving. Classes are held in-person and online.
Peer Support Classes
Our Peer Support Classes are an opportunity for people to connect and share experiences and personal knowledge in a welcoming environment. Programs include: “Men + Disabilities”, “Parents + Disabilities”, “Virtual Peer Support”, and “Women + Disabilities”.
RISE: LGBTQ+ Support
RISE (Relaxing, Interactive, Safe, Environment) is a safe place where all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions are welcome and encouraged. The LGBTQ+ Program is a safe place for those who live with labels like LGBTQ+ and disabilities. Topics like the use of labels, building support circles, intersectionality, transitioning, and other diverse topics will be discussed through a lens of LGBTQ+.
