Virtual “Game Night”

DNEM is hosting a game-night online once every month. This event is open to everyone…please help us spread the word by sharing the invite with family and friends. Join us as we connect virtually, share some laughs and have a fun time!

Living Well in the Community

Living Well is an evidence-based program that began with the Rural Institute at the University of Montana. This multi-session peer facilitated program promotes healthy living and includes topics such as advocacy, goal-setting, healthy communication, fitness, nutrition and problem solving.  Classes are held in-person and online.

Peer Support Classes

Our Virtual Peer Support Classes are an opportunity for people to connect and share experiences and personal knowledge in a welcoming environment. All meetings are hosted via Zoom to allow participants to engage from any environment.
